Thank you brain for pumping my heart, thank you heart for energizing my body, thank you body for taking me everywhere.


The art of movement isn't about becoming an Olympic level athlete. We're not here to help you win or compete at the next level. We're here to recognize that our mind and our body are inextricably linked - That our mental state affects our physical, but also vice versa. We celebrate our body at every level, and move because we can, not because we're told to.


We're here to train safely, in healthy environments, appreciate our own movements at our own pace and level, and just have fun getting lost in the activity.

  • Comments are welcomed and appreciated. Sharing our thoughts and experiences promotes growth whether it's a supportive reiteration or a healthy debate
